  • Well, I just got an e-mail from Ali. Kurbis and Bethany are fine. Kyle is good. Anybody else want to ease my worried mind?

  • I am still alive... I think...
    freaky stuff, I was just on that bridge, several people from our church were on there within the hour of it collapsing... including our pastor's wife!

  • Get this. One of my adult volunteers for youth group's dad drive semi. He was on the bridge at 5:30. He was hauling Jet Fuel to Duluth! That would not have been good if he was there at 6:05!

  • Dockham, good to catch you. Were are you? To be fair, I'm in Portland, living the good life where winter is not miserable and summer is beautiful. You should blog here for us. Nobody else wants to anymore (including me, it would seem).

  • oh, being a ladies man. What's new? At least, that's my ambition. Right now I'm working a good office job, half-in-love with my boss (she's 28 and perfect), living in a nice house with a cool roommate - besides being infatuated with my boss, it's everything a 25-year-old should be. Single. I guess I didn't mention that. Portland's great if you've never visited here. If you have visited, let's keep up the myth, can we people? Dockham, good to have you around. The blog is yours to do with as you please. Make yourself comfortable. I've spent enough time making everyone uncomfortable, we should have some of the opposite.

  • What myth? I'd move there in a heartbeat. Do you ever go swing dancing, Steve? I just realized that one of my roommates is up there for the summer, and if you swing dance you've probably seen him. His name's Craig, and he looks like an Adonis. Literally.

  • Lynnea's the queen of this blog world. Our queen hasn't been around lately, but I'm sure we can get her attention easily enough. I'll send her an e-mail right now and see if she's caught any of this. It's great - we have new life again around here. Otherwise it's me and Folkestads of various ages, and Brad and Duerkop - wait, I'm realizing there's just not much girl presence here. Dockham, you can change this trend.
